Q: When will Pod Quality be available on iOS?

A. Pod Quality and Quality Analysis will be available on iOS devices in Q4 2017.​

Q: How is shelf life information continuous?

A. Shelf life information produced by Pod Quality is only continuous is the connected to the cloud via an internet enabled Android device. The Android device must be connected to the internet, and the Pod simultaneously for the Pod to report quality information in real time. The quality information is always being recorded and stored, but it will not be available on the Verigo cloud until that Pod has been connected to the internet via Android device.

Q: What does the Product Life metric mean?

 A. The Product Life metric is a calculation of the cumulative impact temperature exposure has had on the shelf life of the monitored shipment. Product Life is represented in units of days that begins with the "Initial Product Life" provided by the profile or user input, and then

 A. Users must first select the Product Life

Q: How long does a Pod Quality device last? (battery life)

 A. No. A single Pod Quality Unlimited device ships with one year (8760 hours) of aggregate monitoring time. The device count the number of hours of active monitoring, and once the counter has reached 8760 hours, the device will be expended. The user can start an unlimited amount of sessions.

Q: What does a year of active logging mean?

A.  A single Pod Quality Unlimited device ships with one year (8760 hours) of aggregate monitoring time. The device count the number of hours of active monitoring, and once the counter has reached 8760 hours, the device will be expended. For example:

  • 3 years of daily use (8 hours/day)

  • 5 years of intermittent use (< 3 hours/day)

Q: What do I need to create a custom product life model?

A. To create a custom Product Life Model, a user simply needs  

Q: There isn’t a Product Life Profile for the commodity I am trying to monitor?

 A.  Users have the ability to create custom product life profiles for specific commodities they’d like to monitor. Simply log into your Verigo cloud account and navigate the the. Admin → Quality Analysis → create new profile →

Q: What are the Product Life Profiles Verigo currently offers?

 A.  Verigo is planning to and and support more default product life profiles in the future. To view the current list of the default product life profiles Verigo offers, click here.

Q: How does the $10 per month subscription work?

 A.  The $10 per month subscription is only available for Pod Quality Unlimited devices.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?  How?

A.  Yes, administrators can cancel their Pod Quality Unlimited subscription at any time!  Whether you want to cancel all the Pods in your possession or just a few, all you have to do is email sales@verigo.io with the MAC addresses of the Pods you want to cancel, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll send you a confirmation of your cancellation.

Q: What if I lose one of my Pods Quality Unlimited(s)?

A.  If you lose one of your Pod Quality Unlimiteds, just email us at sales@verigo.io and we’ll be glad to cancel your subscription for it.

Q: Do you offer a trial period for the Pod Quality Unlimited Subscription?

A.  Yes! When purchasing Pod Quality Unlimited, input coupon code "1MONTH" to receive your first month free, per device.

 

Note:  users must still pay the $39 upfront hardware fee per device. 

Q: Can I redeem the rebate for Pod Quality too?

 A.  Yes, Pod Quality is eligible for a $9 per unit rebate. Simply fill out the form located here to initiate the rebate process. 

Note: Verigo requires a minimum of 5 total units to process a rebate.

Q: How does the $9 rebate work?

 A.  Redeeming the Pod Quality Unlimited rebate is extremely easy. First, you must cancel your subscription for the specific Pod (cancellation can be completed here).

 

Then go here and submit the form to initiate the rebate process. Verigo requires a minimum of 5 total units to process a rebate. Further instructions on how and where to ship your rebated Pods will be sent to your email after you submit the form liked above.
